What’s Included?

Here’s a list of services and amenities included in your larger event pricing:

  • All event rentals include use of facilities from 8:00 am – 12:00 am, 16 hours
  • Full use of Venue Barn
  • Full use of Pavilion/Beer Garden
  • Tables, chairs and linens for up to 200 guests.
  • One TABC-certified bartender (you need 1 bartender per 100 people).
  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor event locations.
  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony and reception locations.
  • Use of indoor/outdoor Audio Visual Bluetooth system
  • Kitchen access for five associates or catering company employees.
  • Parking for 150 vehicles.
  • Set up and breakdown of your choice of configuration for tables and chairs.
  • Use of Service Bar and coolers and ice machine.
  • Day of Event we provide one person or “Go-for” Helper. This person should not take the place of a wedding planner. This person is a “Ranch-hand “ and familiar with the Road Runner Ranches operations.
  • Vendor recommendations or choose your own, be as DIY as you prefer or let us help…you choose
  • Engagement & bridal photo sessions; 2-hours for each at the venue
  • Choose your own caterer or pick from our list of vetted caterers
  • Bring your own alcohol
  • A one-day, third-party liability insurance policy

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE?

Events with both alcohol and more than 100 guests require an off-duty Police officer that costs $250.00.  The officer will work from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

For a modest fee, we can “purchase” and chill your choice of drinks/beverages to lighten your load and make sure they’re ice cold in time for your event.

AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL/ADDITIONAL FEE

  • Frozen Drink/Margarita machine. Cost to rent empty is $250.  Cost with all the fixin’s for 250 frozen drinks is $500. (You can serve your guests premium frozen “Special Occasion Cocktails” for a total cost of $2.00 each.)
  • Photos with horses, classic cars, tractors, hay bales are available for an additional fee.
