Get married outdoors in our 4,000 sq foot covered pavilion that looks out onto green, rolling pastures.

Day or night, an outdoor wedding in our new covered pavilion provides a memorable setting for your guests…especially lovely for a fall or spring wedding. There’s plenty of room for a band and dancing under the stars!

PIER

Walk down the bridge to get married in an intimate ceremony on the water on our covered deck that sits on an island.

A short (downhill) walk from the venue barn and pavilion sits a large pond with a bridge that leads to a pier.  The pier can create an intimate setting for the bride and groom and a very small wedding party.  We have technology to “mic-up” the ceremony so guests can be seated on the shore to watch the ceremony.

The most flexible option for seating and event setup, we’ve got plenty of beautiful pasture space.

Perfect for ANY size ceremony, from 10 to 300 guests, a pasture wedding can provide the bride and groom with the most flexible seating arrangements and ceremony sites.  Your wedding planner or consultant can help design your dream wedding on our manicured lawns.

VENUE BARN

With over 8,300 sq feet of floor space and state-of-the-art amenities galore, our venue barn is the ideal spot for a reception, 12 months of the year.

PAVILION/BIER GARTEN

Our 4,000 sq ft pavilion (aka Bier Garten) is adjacent to the venue barn.  There’s 200 linear feet of stained concrete counters around the entire pavilion so you don’t need cocktail tables.  Perfect spot for a band and dancing under the stars.  With two industrial ceiling fans, the pavilion stays cool in the summer.

Micro “Wedding Wednesdays” Package

Would you like a more intimate wedding with a guest count 100 or less?

  • 4pm-10pm use of Facilities.
  • 1 TABC Certified Bartender with one Bar Service from 5-9:00PM
  • Complimentary Margarita Machine
  • Up to 100 Guests Max
  • (2) 6′ Tables set up for hot or cold appetizers/ hors d’oeuvres
  • Up to 12 Tables with choice of linens with up to 100 Chairs
  • Sweetheart or Accent Table if needed
  • Use of Greenboard for photo-opps.
  • Parking and use of Ranch for Photo-shoot on Day of.

Wedding & Reception Packages (Large Events)

Here’s a list of services and amenities included with each large event wedding package:

  • 16-hour rental of the entire facility from 8 am to midnight (one wedding per day)
  • On the day of your event, we provide you with a Road Runner Ranch Hand.  This person can help with almost anything you’ll need, with the exception of “wedding planning.”
  • Indoor or outdoor ceremony
  • Indoor or outdoor reception
  • Parking for 150 vehicles
  • Tables, chairs and linens – see pricing page for details
  • One TABC-certified bartender (We recommend one bartender for each 100 guests.)
  • Furniture set up & breakdown (for the seating/tables configuration of your choice)
  • Indoor/outdoor sound system and audio-visual system with projectors for slideshows/video, etc.
  • Vendor recommendations or choose your own, be as DIY as you prefer or let us help you choose
  • Engagement & bridal photo sessions; 2-hours for each at the venue (vintage car photo backdrops available;  horses are available for photo sessions for an additional fee)
  • Kitchen access for five associates or carting company employees. Choose your own caterer or let us help you choose!
  • Use of Service Bar, coolers, catering warmers, and 400 lb-ice machine.  Bring your own alcohol.
  • No hidden fees, including sales tax and gratuity

Food & Drink

You can use your own catering company for your reception and they will be accommodated in our commercial kitchen.

Or, we have a vetted group of caterers that we’re comfortable recommending for you and your guests on your special day.

You can bring your own alcohol.   Our commercial cooler can hold up to 600 longnecks, and we have a margarita machine.  We’ll provide one TABC-certified bartender for your reception (one bartender required for 1-100 guests).  You’ll need to hire an additional bartender if your event will welcome over 100 guests.  We can help you calculate out how much alcohol you’ll need for your guests!
