I want to tour RoadRunner Ranch to see if y’all are the best fit for my event.

Do you require that we carry event insurance?

Yes, we require that our guests carry a one-day, third-party liability insurance policy that costs $150.00-$200.00. Unlike many other Venues, the cost of this insurance policy is included in the event facility rental fee. We purchase your policy at TheEventHelper.com

I am a horse lover.  Can I get married in your stables?

The stables at Road Runner Ranch can accommodate a small wedding party, and our friendly equine residents would love to attend your wedding.  Let us know what you’re thinking!

Can I take photos at the ranch before my wedding?

Your event facility rental includes a 2-hour photo shoot at Road Runner Ranch.  We have acres and acres of beautiful scenery for outdoor photography, or plan your shoot inside the venue barn (availability dependent).  We’ve got vintage cars available for your photo shoot.   Our friendly horses are available for photos at an additional cost.

Do I have to hire a police officer for my event?

Events that serve alcohol with more than 100 guests require the presence of an off-duty police officer.  This cost is not included in your event facility rental.  The cost is $250.00, to be paid directly to the officer.  The officer will work from 7:30 PM until 12:30 AM.
